Privacy policy for Priority One: EMS Challenge

Effective October 7, 2026

The short version

Priority One: EMS Challenge is an offline game for iPhone and Android from Fortis Salus LLC. The game does not collect or transmit personal data. It has no account, advertising, tracking, analytics SDK, or online game service.

Information stored on your device

The app stores your timed and practice high scores and game preferences locally on your device. We cannot access these records. On iPhone, device backups controlled by you and Apple may include settings and scores, under Apple's privacy practices. On Android, the app disables its cloud backup and device-transfer backup, keeping scores and preferences in the app's local storage. Deleting the app removes its local data. An iPhone device-backup restore may restore saved data.

Permissions and purchases

The game does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or health information. Apple or Google processes your purchase in its app store under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment card details.

If you contact support

If you email brett.cripps@fortissalus.com, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate the issue, and keep necessary support records. Please do not send patient information, medical records, payment details, or passwords. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request, related follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of correspondence, subject to those obligations.

This website and external services

Opening a support or privacy link leaves offline gameplay and connects to a website or your email service. Website hosting providers may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the page. These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Your email provider, Apple, and Google operate under their own privacy policies. See Apple's privacy information and Google's privacy information.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through gameplay. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
