Support for Priority One: EMS Challenge, a quick, fictional ambulance dispatch game for iPhone.
This game is not medical training, clinical advice, certification, or an emergency service. Do not use its simplified scenarios to make real patient-care decisions. In a real emergency, contact your local emergency number.
How to play
Start a shift and answer 20 dispatches selected from 48 fictional scenarios. Read the call, then tap one of three choices before time runs out. Correct answers earn points and build your streak multiplier. A wrong answer or an expired timer costs one of your three lives. Finish the shift or run out of lives to see your score, then try for a new personal best.
Can I play without the timer?
Yes. Turn on Untimed practice in station settings before starting a shift. Practice gives you unlimited reading time and removes the speed bonus. It keeps its own personal best, so your timed and practice scores stay separate. You still have three lives and can build a streak.
Game answers and points reflect simplified fictional situations. They are not real EMS protocols or a measure of clinical competence.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Gameplay, artwork, and your local high score work offline. There is no account, advertising, subscription, or in-app purchase. App Store downloads and updates, and opening this support page, require a connection.
Where is my high score?
Your timed and practice high scores are saved separately on the device. There is no online leaderboard or cross-device game account. Deleting the app may remove your saved score. Apple's device backup and restore settings may also affect saved app data.
Something is not working?
Close and reopen the app, check for an App Store update, and restart your iPhone if the problem continues. Before deleting the app, remember that local scores may be lost.
